Get on yer bike in Armley Park!

A special bike ride in Armley Park will help women get fit and make new friends.

Ride for GO TRI is a beginner ride for women taking place in and around Armley Park on Mondays from 9.15am to 11.15am, starting on Monday 9th January for 12 weeks.

Week one will start with the basics and skills and will progress throughout the 12 weeks to give you the knowledge and confidence to get out on your bike and get active.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a bike – let the organisers know on boooking and they will provide one. Any participant that makes it to the end of the course can keep a bike for free.
