Fresh plans for four new family townhouses in the car park at Armley Liberal Club have been submitted to Leeds City Council.
Proposals for seven townhouses in two blocks on the site were first approved in June 2018, reduced from the original plan for eight properties due to local concerns about parking and highways safety.
One block of four houses has been built, now the developer is seeking permission to build another four properties next to them.
