No parking spaces? Presumably this won’t matter, the conversion of Farsley Liberal Club into apartments was passed with no dedicated parking so it should be the same here.
Complete joke, this road all ready has bad parking due to how busy the road is and all the existing businesses that are already on there.
The street has rubbish all over it and by looking at the plans there doesn’t seem to be any provision for bins.
There are all ready 3 large rubbish bins left on the public path which stink of food, and the businesses have already pinched part of the path to build steps upon, looking at the plans they are planning on take even more of the public footpath to build even more steps upon, how is this been allowed?
Strongly object due to parking issues, this is a major road between Leeds & Bradford.
Traffic is constant with parking a major problem in the area.
The road narrows along this stretch, which creates traffic congestion throughout the day.
In my opinion this particular row of shops is already a bit of a mess, not in keeping with the area at all.
It will be said that there are strong transport links, hence the 1 bedroomed occupants will most likely not have cars. This is never acceptable as an argument as residents have choices and owning a car is a general life choice regardless of where one lives
