Retrospective application for extension and change of use of former Pudsey Grangefield School science block building into ten apartments/studios have been submitted.
It’s the third retrospective application for the site, after plans for 12 apartments were first approved by the council in 2020. The latest proposals come after council planning officers felt there had been ‘unauthorised works’ to the building.
Current proposals include insertion of new windows, with associated parking and landscaping works. The latest plans can be viewed here.
Similar retrospective plans by applicant Riana Developments Ltd were also refused by the council in January 2024 and October 2024.
