A video is showing how lives are being changed thanks to the work that’s going on at New Wortley Community Centre.
The film is a celebration of the strong Our Place partnership in New Wortley, where services and local people are working together to transform their neighbourhood.

The Our Place programme ran for two years from March 2014 and supported 185 partnerships across England to put communities at the heart of service delivery in their area. Read more about it here.
