Plans to build two semi-detached properties on land next to the Barley Mow Pub in Bramley have been submitted to Leeds City Council.
Applicant Kelly Shaw wants to build the three-bedroomed properties in part of the extensive garden area adjacent to the pub.

The land would have its own access from Lower Town Street and the applicant states the new properties will ‘blend in with the street scene’.
The plans, which are due to be decided by mid July, can be viewed in full here.
Handy for the pub, not so handy if you don’t fancy living 2 feet away from one.
Good point
We moved last year. I ruled out our several houses after I checked Google maps and found they were a bit too close to pubs. I like a drink but I’d rather walk a bit further for it.
Ok till rowdy nights start ,

Builders and booze haha ! Can’t imagine how these are going to look then !!
