Green light for Pudsey pub’s housing conversion

A Pudsey pub which closed its doors for the last time earlier this year will be converted into two houses.

Leeds City Council planning officers approved plans to transform The Ivy Hotel, in Valley Road, into two houses.

The plans, by Mr J Bastow, include a rear extension and transforming the pub’s car park into gardens.
