Armnley’s Real Junk Food Project: Fuel For School received a visit from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and his War on Waste TV team.
The River Cottage star visited Armley Junk-tion cafe and met the organisation’s directors – Keith Annal, Nigel Karl Stone, Louise Cunningham, Teresa Milligan and Payam Mohseni- and all the amazing volunteers!

Filming was also carried out at Richmond Hill Primary School. Fearnley-Whittingstall delivered wasted food alongside Adam Smith from The Real Junk Food Project and cooked with children in the school café with food intercepted from The Co-operative Food and Morrisons PLC Head Office.
Real Junk Food Project and Armley Junktion will feature in episode 3, will be screened on BBC One in May.
