Fast food giant McDonald’s has submitted plans to expand its popular restaurant off Butt Lane in Farnley.
The company aims to build a single storey extension in the form of new ‘drive-thru’ booths, alter the ‘drive thru’ lane and introduce news signs and a main sliding entrance door to the restaurant.
McDonald’s also proposes to remove some of the trees screening the restaurant from nearby properties to make room for the altered ‘drive-thru’ lane.
There will also be a new freestanding sign on the site.
