Preview: Bramley Buffaloes head to East Hull

After a month of inaction and putting up a tremendous fightback against second in the table Bentley and being so unlucky to lose in the final minutes, the Buffaloes head to Humberside on Saturday to face East Hull who are currently third in the division, writes Martyn Cheney.

So if you fancy a day out at the former UK City of Culture, then head for the Commercial pub in Armley for 11.30am, for an amazingly reasonable return fare of £7.50 you can take in the varied cultural delights of Humberside while seeing the Buffaloes in action.

Head Coach Steve Langton (Sponsored by Cheney Payroll Services) commented after Thursday night’s training session:

“Again short on numbers due to family holidays, but that’s the nature of the beast with summer rugby at this level.

“Now is all about building for next season and the team spirit is still brilliant, so despite everything – and especially after last week’s performance – we’re going there to give our best and show what we’re capable of.”
