Time to get wild in the west of Leeds!

Representatives of Leeds City Councils Parks & Countryside Services are out in force today (Sunday) with events in both Pudsey and Bramley that all the family can enjoy.

You can come along and join in with Park Ranger Jon and his bird-box building workshop in the changing rooms at the Pollard Lane Car-park, Bramley, from 10am until 12 noon or try your hand at making insect houses at the West Leeds Country Park Visitor Centre in Pudsey Park from 10am – 3pm.

Enjoy the the beauty of Bramley Fall Woods, a large oak woodland containing old quarry workings dating back to the 12th century…… or find out more about different habitats in Pudsey Park as you discover some of the captive, indigenous species that are housed within the visitor’s centre.

All materials are provided at both events and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
