Horsforth’s Summer Art Club is back again for 2026 with art activities for children aged 7-14 and a whole range of activities for creative young minds.
The Summer Arts Club is brought to you by Horsforth’s brand new charity belong, with the support of Horsforth councillors and Horsforth Arts Society, and funded by Outer North West Community Committee.
The sessions will run every Friday from 24 July to the 28 August, with two sessions per day; 10am to 12pm for children aged 7-11, and 1pm to 3pm for kids aged 11-14.
For £2.88 each person gets their materials, the artist’s knowledge and a snack and drink. And there’s a varied programme of artist led events coming up inspiring creativity and inspiration for the summer holidays.
Kezia Roberts, from belong, told us: “From painting to sculpture, jewellery making to pizza box theatres, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Come and unleash your imagination and experiment with different mediums.
“No experience necessary, just a passion for art! Make new friends, learn new skills, and let your creativity shine. You will be taught by professional artists in the safe, friendly and relaxed setting of the Horsforth Arts Society. We cannot wait to welcome you!”
The sessions will take place at Horsforth Arts Society on Back Lane in Horsforth. The rooms are upstairs in the venue but please contact Kezia@belonghere.org.uk as they may be able to accommodate specific needs.
