Police have this week carried out a traffic operation to tackle speeding drivers outside Bramley St Peter’s Primary School.
The operation follows local concerns about speeding on Hough Lane.
Police say five drivers were given speeding tickets, with one also being given a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt. One driver was apparently found to have been travelling at 35mph in the 20mph zone.
