Fancy playing at Cardigan Fields this Easter? A 20-foot shipping container will be setting up and acting as a catalyst to encourage children and families to play for free.
Over the past two years Playbox01 has been based at locations across the city, including Charlie Cake Park in Armley where organiser Emma Bearman has run activities including weekly Friday night Lark in the Park barbeques, a tiling project to cover old park benches, art clubs, music sessions, sack races and more.
There will be a variety of activities at Cardigan Fields, including Easter arts and crafts and youngsters can have their portrait taken in a pop-up photo booth.
Open every day from April 10 to 16 from 12-6pm. All welcome.
