A bus service which had been facing an uncertain future following the collapse of its operating company has been saved.
As reported earlier this week, Yorkshire Buses closed due to rising costs, leaving a number of services across Leeds without a company to run them.
This included off-peak number 30 service, which runs from Horsforth to Pudsey, via Calverley and Woodhall.
West Yorkshire Combined Authority has now confirmed that service 30 will be taken over by Lethers Travel.
They will begin operations from Tuesday (7 April).
This is a short contract until the next scheduled service change date in July, when a long-term contract will be issued.
