Jessica said:

“Due to these very scary times, understandably all of my future performances have been cancelled including my most favourite time of year… singing VE Day songs for the people of Farsley at the The Village Wine Bar, Farsley.

“Therefore I have decided to move with the times and do the ‘Facebook Live’ thing  and hopefully bring some VE Day pride into your homes.”

Jessica is putting on the concert in aid of RAF Benevolent Fund. She added:

“I hope you not only log on to watch me live, but also (if possible, I know times are hard) donate any amount you can to this wonderful charity. You can donate via my just giving page…  however watching my mini concert is fre, you do not have to donate, only if you can or want to.

“This is about bringing a little music and happiness in these difficult times and feeling a little more connected. It’s about celebrating 75 years of pride and saying thank you to those who fought and died for us!”

The concert has so far raised more than £300 – Jessica’s crowdfunding page can be found here.
