Group returns with Pudsey litter-picking appeal

Pudsey needs you for a litter-picking adventure!

Volunteers from the Litter Free Pudsey group are returning with weekly litter picks on a Saturday, starting at 10am.

Meeting at Pudsey House tomorrow (Saturday, 18 June 2022), the volunteers will be taking a pride in their town by covering main streets, car parks, parks, outside shops, the market – and all the nooks and crannies of the town. All equipment with be provided.

Organiser James Crabtree said:

“This gives us all a chance to take pride in where we live, do our bit for the community and socialise with new and like-minded friends. So bring family, bring friends and, most importantly, bring yourself!

“Everyone is welcome here we socialise, exercise and most importantly help tidy our community, bringing a great sense of wellbeing. Let’s make Pudsey and our surrounding areas litter free.”
