Volunteers from the Friends of Bramley Park will speak about their work at this week’s Bramley and Stanningley Forum meeting.
Friends of Bramley Park is a community group aiming to improve the park, run events and increase enagagement between the park and the local community.
The Friends will be joined by representatives from West Yorkshire Police, who will talk about crime figures in the area, and Leeds City Council’s housing department, among others.
The public meeting will be held at the Eric Atkinson Centre, Wellington Gardens, Bramley on Thursday, 30 July 2026, 7pm-8.30pm. All welcome to attend.

Hope they have completed the Leeds Local Plan scoping consultation… all that work from 2023 (the initial scoping) and 2025 (commenting on sites) has had to be restarted due to new planning laws… This part ends Wednesday 5 August 2026 (not long to go!) and will influence what topics are in the local plan… like Greenbelt, Parks, or Planning policies etc… Its vital as many people respond as possible.
