Organisers behind the popular Farsley Farmers’ Market have pencilled in April as its post-lockdown relaunch.
March’s market would have marked the seventh birthday of the monthly event – but Covid restrictions again scuppered any celebrations the team might have held. Organiser Jo Reilly said:
“The end is in sight but the market team do not want to take any chances with the health of our customers, traders or volunteers.
“We are now planning for 24th April to be the return market date, if things improve as expected. The team is sorry to disappoint any of you and is also sad not to bring you the market’s 7th anniversary event this month!”
Farsley Farmers’ Market is held at St John’s Church Hall and grounds. More details on the market’s Facebook page.
