A former Sunday School in Bramley could be converted into four terrace houses.
Applicant Mr J Bennet of Meanwood Road wants to transform the empty Old Schoolroom in Westover Road into four three-bedroomed houses.
The building will be reclad in red brick and a first floor added.
Plans for five houses on the site were withdrawn by the same applicant in April.
