Armley: Care home marks third birthday with community party

A care home in Armley will be celebrating its third birthday next month with a party for residents, staff and members of the community.

Residents will mark the third anniversary of Anchor’s Beech Hall on Far Fold Lane with food, entertainment and music.

Home manager Davina Hemingway said:

“Since we opened, we’ve held numerous events and had a wonderful range of visitors such as local school children. A recent highlight for me was our Christmas party as our residents and staff had so much fun. We look forward to many years to come.”

Earlier this month the home was told it ‘required improvement‘ following an inspection by the Care Quality Commission.

Armley residents are invited to attend Beech Hall’s third birthday party on Saturday, 17th February, from 11.30am.

Beech Hall care home was opened on Sunday, 15th February 2015 with a public open day.
