£400m Kirkstall Forge announces two new tenants

Two new firms have taken office space at CEG’s multi-million pound Kirkstall Forge development.

Security, facilities management and site services business, Onsite UK, has taken Studio 3 at the development and a worldwide cloud computing specialist moving into Forge Studios 4. 

Both studios provide 750 sq ft of space and are designed to help smaller businesses benefit from the facilities available at Kirkstall Forge, including a full suite of meeting rooms, Butler’s café and informal business lounge, the Forge Life concierge team and on-site railway station.

Mark Vasey, Sales Director, at Onsite UK said: 

“Kirkstall Forge has a great community feel and offers far more than just a space to work in. With all the activities and events that take place CEG have made it a really pleasant environment for all our staff.”

The £400million Kirkstall Forge scheme is set to become home to a mixed-use community comprising of 1,050 new homes, 300,000 sq ft of offices and 100,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and community space.
