West Leeds: Appeal made for Scout volunteers – can you help make a difference?

Scouts in West Leeds are appealing for volunteers to help run their groups

West Leeds Scouts cover Stanningley, Armley, Bramley, Calverley, Farnley, Pudsey and Farsley. They have 12 groups in the district and are part of the Central Yorkshire Scout County, which covers Leeds and Wakefield.

A Scout spokesperson said:

“Volunteering at Scouts isn’t just about changing young people’s lives. It’s about doing something that’s good for you, too. It’s good for your health and happiness, good for developing skills, and good for making friends.”

We are always on the look out for willing volunteers to help at either, Beavers, Cub, Scouts or Explorers, click here to register your interest.
