Police seek Bramley street robbers

Detectives investigating a street robbery in Bramley have released an e-fit image of one of the suspects.

At about 8.15pm on Sunday, September 24, the victim, a 30-year-old man, was in Fairfield Street when he was approached by two men who threatened him with a metal bar and forced him to hand over his phone and wallet.

One of the suspects was described as white, aged in his mid-twenties, 6ft tall, and of medium build. He was wearing a grey Adidas tracksuit.

PC Sarah Fielding, of Leeds District Crime Team, said:

“The victim was fortunately not hurt but was left shaken up by the incident.

“We would like to hear from anyone who thinks they recognise the man shown in the e-fit or who has any information that could assist the investigation.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC 765 Fielding at Elland Road via 101 quoting crime number 13170442559 or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
