There are a lot of answers out there to discover and research. It’s fascinating to see old documents, photos and maps. New Wortley Community Centre History Group is your chance to become a detective and discover a few secrets. When you start digging you’ll be hooked!
From the Middle Ages to the industrial revolution, from Victorian to Edwardian times, from two world wars to the swinging sixties or the technical revolution of the nineties to yesterday. It’s your choice where you want to look.
Why not come along, have a cuppa and decide the future of your history group. The group starts on Monday, 13 January, from 6pm to 7.30pm.
