Fundraiser launched as vandals strike at Bramley church

A Bramley woman has launched a crowdfunding campaign to support a church targeted by vandals.

Colette Milligan has been left frustrated after Trinity Methodist Church on Town Street had a number of its windows smashed by vandals. She’s asking the community to come together to support the church, which also acts as a hub for a variety of community activities.

“I am hoping to raise money to go towards helping to replace some of many windows that unfortunately have been broken by vandalism.

“The church is not just a church but a small community hub from where there are many activities, such as coffee mornings, cake and table top sales, and tombolas to name just a few. All are run by such wonderful, friendly, welcoming volunteers.

“The sad thing is these wonderful people are used to this happening yet they put on their smiles and carry on. I would just like to try and help take some burden from them which is why I am asking for your help.

“I know times are tough right now but any small donation adds up.”

More details about the fundraiser – and to make a donation – can be found here.
