Plans to change three empty Armley shops into seven flats have been submitted to Leeds City Council.
Applicant Surinder Panesar want to change three retail units and their associated first and second floors to create seven self-contained flats on Hall Lane.
The plans would include the addition of dormer windows to rear and roof lights to front, alongside associated alterations and altered doors and windows
The flats would each have two bedrooms.
