Farsley Farmers’ Market is set to celebrate a notable landmark with its 12th birthday next week. The market’s Jo Reilly writes about reaching the landmark.
It’s Farsley Farmers’ Market’s 12th birthday market – and you’re all invited on Saturday, 28 March!
When we consider how we have reached this point, we cannot get away from the fact that our traders, volunteers and customers all played a big role. So, a huge thankyou to you all, and let’s keep going to get another dozen years under our belts.
This month we find the mainstays inside the hall include the creative Stiltwalker Stuff, Trinity Crafts, and Florentina Jewellery. Spring is in the air and Easter gift ideas are on the menu, including a delilcious Easter Gift Hamper being raffled on the Friends of St John’s Book stall.
We will have pop-ups from Clay Bakes & Lasting Impressions, and more family fun with Free Glitter Tattoos from Debbie Austin.
Meanwhile, outside, Mr Tiff has been invited to entertain you with his Juggling Tricks and more! Among our longstanding Stallholders this month you’ll see Yorkshire Pie Bakery, India Express, Yorkshire Chocolatier and Calverley Beekeepers plus your newer favourites Farsley Fire & Smoke, Sugar Blonde Bakes & Yorkshire Orchards.
Davenports woodwork Pops up while guest traders include Joey’s Chilli Sauces and RJHeald Photography.
Refreshment and breakfast options are available from the hall Cafe, or tasty treats from our makers and a hot drink selection from the Beantastic stall.
Sunny weather has been ordered for the occasion, but even if that doesn’t show, we know that you will anyway! We are so looking forward to seeing you, and serving you, on Saturday, 28 March, 9.30am-1pm, LS28 5DJ.
