Farnley & Wortley ward has elected a Reform UK councillor for the first time.
Wenzdae Robbins beat the Green Party’s Ann Blackburn to gain the seat for Reform. The seat had been held by Green Party’s David Blackburn, but the experienced councillor hadn’t sought re-election due to ill health.
Labour’s Charlotte Hill came third, narrowly beating Independent Peter Allison.

That’s what happens when thick people’s votes are equal to those with a clue.
Hopefully people will soon see how useless Reform are, especially someone with a name like that!
Yep we have and that’s why as soon as restore are on the ballot we’ll be voting for them!
Get over it you arrogant prat. Calling people “thickos” because they didn’t vote the same way as you shows what contempt you have for democracy.
People voted for her policies not her name. Did you vote according to what name most appealed to you on the ballot paper?
Nice to see the true Brits waking up and standing up for our country, and their future generations. And you other voters….. you should be ashamed of yourselves….. your past generations made this country what it once was, they fought for it and worked hard….. to make it great for you !! But you have soon forgotten all that and betrayed them, how selfish !!
“I stand for creativity, community, and opportunity. Horsforth is a beautiful place to live and work.”
“Wenzdae” Robbins
Failed to get elected in her local area; the only candidate on the ballot paper who didn’t have her address on it. Thought she’d mop up some power in this area, after the LOCAL Green Party candidates have worked hard for so long.
Seems legit.
Horsforth is a beautiful place to live and work , which part of Horsforth is Farnley and Wortley in .
