Farnley: Urgent roof repairs approved at Lawns Park Primary School

Essential repair work to the roof at Lawns Park Primary School in Farnley has been given the go-ahead by Leeds City Council.

A council report says roofing company MAC Roofing and Contractors Ltd will be paid £123,220 to carry out urgent roofing works at the Chapel Lane school.

The repairs are classed as urgent and it is proposed that they will start on 27th July, with completion by 1st September – in time for the new school year.
