Council to rebrand three West Leeds attractions

Leeds City Council is set to spend £8,640 rebranding three of its attractions in West Leeds.

Leeds Industrial Museum in Armley, Abbey House Museum and Kirkstall Abbey will be rebranded as part of a £20,000 city-wide programme by Leeds Museums and Galleries.

A council report approving Leeds-based Journal as the council’s preferred design agency, said the new branding would be less corporate:

“This project is a huge step forward for Leeds Museums and Galleries to refresh their look and move forward alongside its competitors.”

The cost of this work is covered by grant funding from Arts Council England.
