A restaurant and takeaway on Burley Road has applied to extend its opening hours until 3.30am.
Mr T’s Leeds, at 90 Burley Road, currently has permission to play recorded music and serve food and drinks until 1am – but hopes to extend both activities.
Members of Leeds City Council’s licensing sub committee will consider the application when it meets at Leeds Civic Hall on Tuesday, 9 November 2021.
There is one objection from a member of the public, who fears the application would cause a noise nuisance. The restaurant argues it has operated its current hours without incident.
The application originally attracted objections from West Yorkshire Police and Environmental Health, however agreements were reached prior to the hearing resulting in additional conditions imposed on the licence should this application be granted. The representations were withdrawn.
