Bramley accident: police seek motorcyclist who drove off

Police are appealing for information to trace a motorcyclist who rode off from the scene of a collision in Bramley.

At 2.35pm last Thursday an orange motorcycle, bearing the registration V584CVV, was involved in a collision with a white minibus at the junction of Broad Lane and Bell Lane in Bramley.

The rider came off the bike and is believed to have hit his head on a green BT box.

He then got back on the bike and left the scene.

PC Dale Brown, of the Safer Roads and Neighbourhood Support Team East, said:

“We urgently need to trace the rider and check on his wellbeing and to speak to him about the circumstances of the collision.”
