Armley: Police appeal after girl, 12, is seriously injured

Police are appealing for witnesses after a serious road traffic collision on Wortley Road in Armley.

The incident happened at around 3.45pm on Tuesday, 18 June.

A BMW was being driven along Wortley Road away from Town Street when a pedestrian was knocked over.

The pedestrian – a 12-year-old girl – was taken to hospital in a serious condition.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw the BMW prior to the collision or the collision itself to contact police.
