On Tuesday, 27th September, the Kirkstall Neighbourhood Forum will hold a public meeting at Paxton Hall, writes Adele Rae.
The meeting will take place at 7pm and will be a chance for members of the public to contribute to the formation of a Neighbourhood Plan.
The plan covers the Kirkstall ward and anyone who lives, works or has business interests in the area is eligible to contribute. The ward boundary map is below.

Tuesday’s meeting will take on a different format to those previously held.
It will be more interactive with displays and the opportunity to talk in small groups to members of the committee.
Displays will include;
- The Kirkstall Footpath Network
- Kirkstall riverside development
- Parking and traffic issues
- and addressing poverty and deprivation within the ward
If you would like to have a greater influence over the spending of local funds and better control over new developments why not come along?

More details of the agenda and how to sign up can be found on the Kirkstall Neighbourhood Forum website.
