A former equestrian centre in Pudsey could be transformed into a new family home if fresh plans are given the go ahead.
Applicants Mr and Mrs Slinger have submitted fresh plans to convert an existing agricultural barn at Acres Hall Farm, off Acres Hall Avenue into a four-bedroom detached home.
The barn would have new windows and roof lights installed and the roof would be changed from asbestos corrugated roof to a metal corrugated roof.
The fresh proposals come after council planners refused an application in July for a stone-built six-bedroom home at the farm. Planners said the development was not in accordance with the council’s development plan.
