Offices near Dawsons Corner could soon be transformed into seven apartments, if plans submitted to Leeds City Council get the go ahead.
Applicants Sekhon Group wants to convert redundant ground floor serviced offices at Dawsons House, off Owlcotes Lane, into seven apartments.
Existing offices would remain above, and the applicant says there are no highway impacts due to a high level of existing car parking at the site.
The plans can be viewed in full here.
As reported by WLD in 2017, Leeds planners approved proposals to transform the block off Owlcotes Lane into a hair transplant clinic with 27 parking spaces. Earlier that year applicant developer Iqbal Singh applied to turn the block into 19 flats but later withdrew the application.
Dawsons House is part of the original Green Flag group of buildings. The headquarter offices at the other side of Dawsons Corner have been redeveloped into flats.
