Despite the foggy miserable morning over a dozen people joined the Friends of Bramley Park‘s first litter picking event.
Councillor Kevin Ritchie (Lab, Bramley & Stanningley), welcomed and thanked everyone for taking part.
Friendships old and new were formed as the world was put to right wandering around the park picking litter.
Purple bags were left for Leeds City Council’s Community Neighbourhood Team to collect.
