Friends at the New Farnley coffee morning were greeted with Easter table decorations and Easter eggs at their recent meeting.
The Thursday coffee morning was founded over 25 years ago in St James’ Church and, when that building closed, moved to New Farnley Community Centre, Low Moorside.
The group meets every Thursday at 10.15am for a chat. Hot drinks and biscuits are served, followed by hot cross buns and scones. Refreshments and a raffle ticket cost £2.
The meeting finishes with cash bingo. New members are always welcome.
