A residential school boarding house could be transformed into a day nursery, if recently submitted plans are approved.
Five full-time jobs would be created if the building, set within the ground of Fulneck School, is converted into a nursery for children aged between three months and three years old.
The plans also include the creation of a soft play area in the existing playground. The day nursery would be open from 7.30am until 6.30pm daily.
There would be a loss of 12 parking spaces.
The plans can be viewed in full here.
