A former Kirkstall cinema dating back to 1913 is on the market for £375,000.
De Lacey House, off Abbey Road, is being marketed as having possible development potential on the Rightmove website.
The building was originally known as the Abbey Picture House until it closed in 1960. it became a bingo hall and was most recently used as a hub for Leeds Mind’s community-based employment service, helping people to find employment.
The Rightmove website marketing the property said: “De Lacey House offers accommodation over two floors. At ground floor there is a reception and adjacent waiting room. Beyond these are a variety of open plan working areas and some private offices with male, female and disabled WC.
“At first floor level there is a large open-plan office and beyond it, three meeting rooms, a kitchen and further WCs.”
