Two former Premier League and England international footballers have recorded their support for Farsley Celtic youngsters and academy players during to Coronavirus crisis.
Former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy and former Leeds United, Spurs and Real Madrid defender Jonathan Woodgate.
Murphy, now a BBC TV pundit on Match of the Day, encouraged players to keep up their fitness and wished everyone at the club well. He said:

And current Middlesborough manager Woodgate advised academy players to ‘stay strong and stay safe’ but keep up their training in the back garden. He said:

As previously reported, the men’s Vanarama League programme has been suspended indefinitely, and Ladies and all junior and grassroots football at the club has been ended this season.
