Residents living in the Pudsey constituency have one last chance to quiz the candidates standing in the upcoming general election at a hustings to be held at St James the Great Church, writes Keely Bannister.
All five candidates standing in the election are expected to attend the hustings which is being held this Saturday 7th December from 7.30pm at the Galloway Lane institution.
The hustings is being organised by Pudsey & Calverley Community Education Group & St James the Great Church.
Candidates standing to be elected MP for Pudsey Constituency – which is made up of the council wards of Calverley & Farsley, Guiseley & Rawdon, Horsforth and Pudsey – are:
- Jane Aitchison representing The Labour Party;
- Stuart Andrew representing the Conservative Party;
- Bob Buxton representing The Yorkshire Party;
- Quinn Daley representing The Green Party and
- Ian Dowling representing the Liberal Democrats.
