Council planners have approved proposals to install 14 EV chargers at Cardigan Fields, off Kirkstall Road.
The development will see 39 standard parking bays replaced with 28 charging bays for electric vehicles and charging points.
The reconfiguration of the car park to provide EV charging will result in the loss of 10 parking spaces.
The application was made by a company called Raw Charging.
