Bramley & Stanningley local election result 2021: Gruen holds for Labour

Caroline Gruen held her Bramley and Stanningley Ward seat for Labour at this year’s Leeds City Council elections.

The count was held today in the First Direct Arena in Leeds following voting on Thursday. The delayed count was due to social distancing measures.

Cllr Gruen received 2,779 votes, well ahead of Conservative candidate Adam Cook on 1,342.

Here are the results:

Elizabeth Anne Bee – Liberal Democrats 571
Adam Daniel Cook – Conservative Party 1,342
Caroline Anne Gruen – Labour Party 2,779
Clive Richard Lord – Green Party 461
Daniel Paul Whetstone – Social Democratic Party 40
