Make a splash at community-run Bramley Baths over Christmas and New Year!
The baths, on Broad Lane, are running a raft of fun festive events, including Santa hat swims and the now traditional New Year’s Day dip.
Here are some details:
1. CHRISTMAS SWIM-TO-MUSIC
Wed 20 December 8pm – 8.30pm (Swim session 7.15pm-9pm).
Leeds People’s Choir will sing while you swim. Performance between 8.00pm – 8.30pm. Drop in.
2. RACE RUDOLPH
Thursday, 21 December, 1.15pm – 2.15pm
Festive-themed swimming races in the pool. See if you can beat one of Santa’s fittest reindeers! Same price as a regular swim. Drop in. Suitable for all ages. Under 8’s policy applies.
3. SANTA HAT SWIM + LIVE BAND
Fri 22 December, 7.15pm – 9pm
Live music, a warm pool, and lots of people wearing daft Christmas hats. Buy a hat from us when you arrive, or bring your own, and swim-along to some popular jazz classics played on the poolside by local legends “King & I”.

4. THE BIG DIP
New Year’s Day Mon 1 Jan 2018
BIG DIP 1 Doors 12pm, jump in 12.30pm
BIG DIP II Doors 2pm, jump in 2.30pm
Celebrate the New Year with a fancy-dress swim and big leap into the pool to give 2018 a big hopeful start. There are two Big Dips this year. Pick a time, and reserve a place at Reception or online. Once you’ve reserved a place, just pay £1 on the day. Numbers are limited to 60 per swim, so get booking quickly!
