Change of use from shop to takeaway at Bramley Centre – which unit is that? It would appear to me to be the unit next to the Halifax, most recently a PDSA charity shop.
Do you have any more information about the prospective tenant, such as whether they are a private independent or part of a regional or national chain? Does it say that work has started already?
Hi there, the applicant is LCP, the company that runs the centre, and yes it’s the former PDSA shop. There’s no indication in the application regarding exactly who is taking over. Your point surrounding work already starting would need to be dealt with by the council’s planning enforcement officers.
