A former Swinnow church building is on the market for offers in excess of £290,000.
The empty 4,085 sqft Christ the Saviour Church building, on Swinnow Lane, dates back to 1958 and is being marketed by Leeds-based Dove Haigh Phillips (DHP).

It comprises a central open worship hall with aisles off to either side and with a semi-circular sanctuary at one end and a stage at the other.
To the sides are ancillary rooms including an office, male and female WCs, a kitchen and store rooms.

More details about the sale can be found here.
Christ The Saviour was the daughter church of St Thomas’ Church, Stanningley, and worshippers now meet there on a Sunday morning.
