Simon Seary held his Pudsey Ward seat for the Conservatives at this year’s Leeds City Council elections.
The count was held this afternoon in the First Direct Arena in Leeds following voting on Thursday.
Cllr Seary received 4,145 votes, 1,320 ahead of Labour challenger Ryan Holdroyd-Chase.
Here are the results:
HOLROYD-CASE Ryan, (Labour Party) 2,825.
JACQUES Robert Hugh, (Liberal Democrats) 210.
SEARY Simon Anthony (Conservative Party) 4,145.
WARD Suzanne Elizabeth, (Green Party) 386.
Turnout was 39.8%.
