More than 230 cannabis plants have been seized from an address in the Armley area.
A man has been charged with the production of cannabis and remanded in custody.

I drive a school bus through Armley and Wortley. My passenger assistants and I have often commented how certain areas live with cannabis smells all the time. As we drive through some areas the smell is obvious. It must be normal because people smoke it openly in public places and if they can smoke it so openly, nobody fears arrest. The odd bust here and there is token.
